Just finished Next Year in Havana, been sitting on my shelf and loved it.
I was so surprised to learn After the Alter is filmed before the reunion, when it’s released after!
I just finished The Light Pirate by Lily Brooks-Dalton & I loved it. I highly recommend this book - it's got a little bit of magic realism, a little scientific nerdiness, and a dystopian framework.
I absolutely LOVED Mother in the Dark. Beautiful writing.
